About Us
Brooklyn Branches was founded in 2025 to help care for local neighborhood greenspaces. We plant flowers, clear litter and waste, and care for local NYC street trees, especially those that have been neglected, with water, fresh soil, and some TLC!
What we Believe
Trees are crucial to reducing air pollution and restoring ecosystems.
Progress and positive change comes from the ground, up - literally.
Environmental justice is moving communities forward. We want to help.
Neighborhood news
On June 8, 2025, Brooklyn Branches donated 8 sunflower plants to the Dyker Library. The sunflowers will bloom in August, adding to the vibrant garden space.
